Property Treatment History Log

A per-property log that records every visit, what was applied and found, and when the next service is due, so any technician can read the history in the driveway and walk in prepared.

A property history turns a series of unrelated visits into a case file. When the same information is captured in the same columns every time, patterns show up that no single visit can reveal: the ant activity that spikes after the first warm rain each spring, the cockroach chemistry that has stopped working after several consecutive services, the winter rodent callbacks that point to exclusion work rather than more trapping. It is also the document a new hire relies on when they take over a route, and the evidence you need when a customer asks why the plan changed.

Use one sheet per property and add a row at every visit, including callbacks and inspection-only stops. The columns mirror the fields an application record needs anyway, so a complete row here also supports your compliance file; see our articles on logging chemical applications at every service stop (/blog/log-chemical-applications/) and on why a treatment history per property matters (/blog/treatment-history-per-property/). The example rows below are illustrations with placeholders, not real applications. Replace product placeholders with the actual brand name and EPA registration number from the label, and confirm any additional fields your state requires.
